This photo was taken at a place called Saint-Paul-De-Vence, not very far away from Nice.
It is both a tourist attraction and a residential area. There are many streets like this at Saint-Paul- De-Vence which remind me of the " Diagonal Alley" in the Harry Potter books.
There are many souvenir shops and local people like walking their dogs there as well.
I like this place very much as i find it really peaceful. Besides, at Saint-Paul-De-Vence, you can overview the beautiful landscape of the area around.
Moreoever, there is an art museum (up in the hill)at Saint-Paul-De-Vence. It's called the " Fondation Maeght". I would recommend you to go there when you visit. This museum contains amazing and modern artwork by famous artists, such as Chagall, Giacometti, Braque etc.

This is a nice scene which shows the character of a historical town. The composition works well and the lighting is good. Nice character in this shot. Well done.

Nice subject and framing. Perhaps a bit dark in my mind.
All the best,

very nice capture. but i'd certainly like it better if you've posted a bigger version. try and post with 800x 600 resolution or similar. compo is nice and texture captured well, perhaps not good enough sharpness. good try, keep posting!

Very nice photo. I like this architecture a lot. The dark stones on the uper part of the photo work quite well with the rest. I just think that it should be a bit bigger ;).
Well done indeed
