Photographer's Note

The Avenue Jean Médecin is a street located in the center of Nice, one of the city's main north-south traffic arteries. It constitutes the city's main shopping street and is called "The Avenue" by residents. Even during the earliest morning hours, there's always movement and noise along this main thoroughfare.

really like this night shot. The perspective is wonderful and the light managed so perfectly. It is an interesting mix of elements, lights and lines that all come together so elegantly. Excellent work!

you are a areally night-stalker... yet a magnificent view collected, with the velvet-tone of illumination on far.

Hi Jason,
Really nice street capture, and cool how the blue lights are on halfway down! When I seen this first, I honestly thought the area in the foreground was a movie set, as the buildings on the right look slightly fake. Nice to be able to get that effect from a real place!! Are those tramlines down the centre of the road?

Hi Jason,
it´s a great pleasure to discover gradually your older pictures.
2A.M-it was definitely worth stay awake so long to see how lively and vibrant is Paris at night.I enjoy the long perspective you´ve created by this POV and of course superb quality of the image(so I think you used here a tripod?).But the most captivating and eye-catching element of the image are these blue lights far in the distance,which contrast so beautifully with the rest of composition.
