Photographer's Note

Here is a second photograph of the set that give you a tour in the village Sainte Agnès, very close to Menton.
Around small street, you will discover small shops like the one you can see in the right part.
The light is a gift to the walker as it gives a very warm atmosphere to this village.
PS: level, curve, USM and frame.

Very nice atmosphere in this view of the bending old cobblestone pathway. The whole setting with the buildings, vegetation, wrought-iron sign, and cat adds up to a very idyllic and pleasant total. The light you captured gives very warm colors to the scene. Beautiful shot, Alexandre.

Very nice shot Alexandre.
Small street with steps and so many details, specialy red-white cat, and even electrical wires are here a part of composition. Good lights and contrast.
Very well done.
Regards, Don.

Hi Alexandre.
Once again you display to us a scene reminiscent to one of the most beautiful parts of your country. The image illuminated beautifully, and one is left wondering what lies further down the steps. Perhaps the inclusion of a step-struggling subject would enhance this one further though.
I certainly look forward to revisiting these parts of France next year.
Regards,
Vic, Singapore.

I love these street scenes from small towns. They have such a tranquil feel to them. THe colors and textures are really beautiful and really make the atmosphere. The cat is a must for this shot that makes it the perfect representation of all streets like this. I like how the modern sign really fits in well though with the modern color. Excellent eye and great shot. It reminds me of so many streets.

Well I agree with the others, you have done an excellent job of capturing the atmosphere of the small street. It really does invite to go there and see it for yourself. Your country is beautiful, and I thank you for sharing these images.
