Photographer’s Note
This is a photo of St. Benizet's Bridge in Avignon. If you're at all familiar with the French song, well then here's the real deal. Apparently, people danced under the bridge, not on it (you can see the little areas below the arches). Most of the bridge has been washed away, leaving only these four spans. The papal palace is in the background.
Because the light in Provence can be so hazy, I decided this would be better in b&w rather than color (the colors tend to look a bit faded and washed out).

I have no idea how colours would fit this picture but I like the B&W effect. On reading your note, you nearly see people from another time dancing... under the bridge.
