The cloister, rebuilt in 1270 by Vidal Malvezi was mutilated during the French Revolution. Wings of the gallery were sold as national property. Only remaining southern wing. Carved capitals, arcades and colonnades reflect the art of the novel and the Gothic. The garden of 'simple' in fact protected green island is a haven of peace in the heart of the old center.

un très beau cloître bien cadré avec cette angle de vue, très bonne gestion des contrastes de luminosité, très bonne netteté d'image.

Hi Jean Philippe,
This place with charming combination of fantastic architecture, art and nature is absolutely great and was well presented. Like the way composed it and executed with good level of details. Well done!

Bonjour Jean Philippe,
I like very much the perspective in the foreground and the way the architectural patterns frame the beautiful garden. You have combined the two parts very well, there are fine, interesting details on both. You've managed the subdued light superbly, the colours are harmonious and delightful and I also love the consistent and peaceful mood. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a lovely day,
