Photographer’s Note

Toulouse,
the Henri Martin promenade, between the Saint-Pierre bridge and the Pont-Neuf ("New" but oldest bridge).

A large part of the right bank of the Garonne river was laid out to the walkers and to have some rest.
In the opposite bank, beyond the Pont-Neuf stands the green area called Prairie des Filtres (Filters' meadow), a place the inhabitants like very much.

As soon as the sun shines, the banks are stormed by people looking for a sunbath. They have some rest after their work, get a tan, read, talk with friends, kiss their lover, make their jogging...

Beautiful, relaxed daily life scene and excellent architecture photo at the same time, showing a beautiful bridge, one of my favourite photographic subjects! Excellent composition and framing, great POV and flawless light managment! Congratulations!

J'aime beaucoup l'originalité de ton cadrage .Cet alignement de personnes profitant des premiers rayons du soleil me font penser à des oiseaux sur une branche ,heureux de retrouver le printemps ,sa lumière et ses couleurs .

Great POV and good composition with this diagonal in the foreground and the view at the bridge and the city in the distance.
Here it`s still cold,but nex weekend we`ll have 20°...I hope so.

J aime beaucoup le cadrage avec cette bande de rive en premier plan et l enfilade personnes profitant de la Garonne et le pont bien placé dans le sens de la lecture pour fermer le cadre et indiquerla presence de la ville.
Une photo efficace qui raconte toute une histoire.
