Hola a todos y siguiendo con mi ruta les presento un nuevo castillo. Espero que les guste y les deseo que alguna vez lo puedan visitar.

Chateau de Foix.

Castillo propiedad de los Condes de Foix del s.X al XV. Familia muy ligada al catarismo hasta el punto que en 1270 padre e hija fueron quemados por herejía.
En 1212 resiste al asalto de los cruzados pero 1214 cae ante al legado del Papa.

hey i love the soft light on the cold stones of the castle. Personally I would crop some of the sky though or something - its just a huge blue area thet brings not much in. [But don't get me wrong - I really like it]the pict is veeery nice and sharp

Antes que nada quiero desearte lo mejor para ti y tu familia en este 2006.
Esta foto del castillo esta muy buena, me gustan los contrastes de colores y los diferentes tonos de sombras y luz que presenta. Estuve de vacaciones unos dias en la montaña.

Hi Sergio,
A fine POV gives the best of this ancient structure, as seen against the blue sky! An interesting angle of lighting gives life, good colours and details... Well done my friend!

The angle at which you have taken this shot makes the most of this imposing castle. Good light/shade contrasts too.

De ésta te podría decir lo mismo que de la anterior.
Y si no recuerdo mal, y sé que no lo hago, no hablaba mal de tu foto de ayer.
La luz es el elemento más importante, que no único, de la foto.
Le da un toque especial y vida a la foto.

Great POV for this attractive Castle, with the three towers, up there, against the sky, competing with each other to win the contest of beauty...
The composition and lighting are well balanced. Good details and sharpening. The general shape of the castle over the cliff is very interesting. Good work!

Maleïda creuada d'Albigeois, qui sap si ara el mon no seria un altre si no hagues triomfat !. En fi, una molt bona presa del castell des-de l'altra banda del poble. Es veu en tot el seu esplendor. M'agrada.
