Photographer's Note

Photo of one of the doors leading to the Berbie Palace which houses the Toulouse Lautrec Museum in Albi in the Tarn.

The Berbie Palace, former episcopal palace, was built in the thirteenth century before the building of the Palais des Papes in Avignon. This is one of the oldest castles in France and one of the best preserved. Exceptional setting of the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum, one of the major assets of the Episcopal city, the palace is also very popular for its French gardens and outstanding views of the Tarn.
