A “milonga” is the place where the Argentinian tango is danced. The milonga is also a dance, former to the tango.
The musical programming is done by alternating the “tendas”, series of 3 or 4 Argentinian milongas or tangos or Argentinas waltz, which are the three rhythms of the Argentinian tango in the broad sense.

The Argentinian tango is danced with two, with steps and impromptu figures suggested by one of the dancer, very generally a man, with a dynamics and an energy which depends on the two partners.

The tango was defined like “a sad thought which is danced”. (Ernest Sabato, Argentinian writer of Italian and Albanian origin born in Rojas, in the province of Buenos Aires on June 24th, 1911.)
The tango is a social dance danced at the origin in Argentina and Uruguay which exists now in various forms, for ballroom and codified, or adapted to various cultures.
The Argentinian Tango is regarded as the authentic tango.

The bandonion, is in the orchestras of tango, mainly made up of string instruments, the instrument which gives a heart to the music of the tango.

The Argentinian tango of ball more sober and is reserved more than the tango of spectacle, but it can be quite as beautiful and captivating, on a beautiful music, single and always nostalgic.
The Argentinian tango is a virus which does not release you any more since it penetrated you. Young people, and less young, impassion themselves for the Argentinian tango and instigate it in particular in France where it develops and especially in the south.
