Village of "Mas-de-Londres", 275 inhabitants, called maslondrais, located at approximately 30 km in the North of Montpelier.

Saint-Gérard church 12th 16éme 17th century

On right-hand side, the peak Saint-Loup 658 m, 300 m from the ground, is a place of climbing and excursion. One discovers there the whole of the surrounding garrigues to the sea. The area shelters a rupestral avifauna and a varied fauna, and eleven rare regional vegetable species of which three are protected species, in particular of the orchises. The southern, hotter slope and more dryness, soft inclined are covered with guarrige and holm oaks. The northern slope abrupt and more cold are covered with white oaks.

Nice place. Would like to go there some day. Good guideline as well. Re; the photo, it's might been even better if you used more contrast to get a deeper blue colour.

jolie vue en contre-plongé de ce village typique et de sont environnement...

J'ai tenté un WS panormaique en supprimant une partie du 1er plan que je trouve un peu trop présente et en accentuant légèrement le contraste. J'aurais aimé aussi réduire le bruit mais je n'ai pas d'outils ici...

Hello Joel,
Very pretty view of this hilltop chapel, well balanced between vegetation, village and sky. It does, however, seem a little over-sharpened on my screen and there is a deal of noise in the sky.

Hello Joel,

I like your composition and the colours, the foreground with the green vegetation and there between the old building gives a attractive view, one small remark I see a lot noise in the sky, maybe something try with a photoshop PP for this problem. Thanks for sharing.

Bonjour Joël,
Elle est pittoresque cette chapelle nichée dans la verdure, je note la présence de bruit dans le ciel et j'apprécie le WS qui enlève un morceau de verdure éffectivement trop présente au premier plan.

Nice peek of the buildings through lush green foliage & nature. I was in Provence two years ago. I should have wandered through the areas you show in your photos. This region is near Provence right? I like the atmosphere of the south of France. Regards. Latiff.

Une belle perspective où la contre plongée donne un aspect bizarre à la facade de cette belle église.
C'est avec émotion que je découvre le pic St Loup que je ne connaissais qu'au travers du breuvage divin qu'il profuit :o)
