Favorite walks in the South of France
There are some places where I like to take my walks when visiting in The Languedoc-Rousillon region. As here walking along the cliffs outside Leucate Plage. After the rain some of the path still have some water puddles here and there - a fine place for exploring the beauty of the landscape down here.

Nice subtle reflections in the fg puddle. Good colour, sharpness & undulating curves of the dirt road, which provides good lead in lines, & perspective. Tfs!

Hello Jack,
When I saw this thumbnail, I thought of the exhibition "In the Forest of Fontainebleau" I saw this week at the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C. this week. You picture is not of the forest but it is of France and has the quality of pieces I saw at the gallery. Clouds reflecting in the water, sharpness, and the road leading the eye around to the house make a lovely composition. TFS

Un bien joli effet photographique avec cette mare où se mire une partie du ciel. J'aime cette composition mélangeant subtilement l'art pictural et la photographie.
L'oeil exercé du photographe a parfaitement oeuvré dans cette réalisation.

Une image un peu vide et qui aurait mérité la présence de quelqu'un sur ce petit chemin humide. La compo par contre est bien pensée car la position des maisons est bien trouvée. Un ciel un peu clair mais qui est bien rempli de nuage.

Hello Jack,

I am not great fan of HDR, but I find your landscape very nice, also the depth and composition are well.
The path leads us excellent to the house in background.
Lovely sky too.
