Photographer’s Note
Cervione ("Cervioni") is a great corsican village, of which the name derive from the deers ("cervi"), once abundants in the island, then disappeared and today in progressing re-introduction. The cathedral of St. Erasme, built in 1578, rebuilt in 1714, and restored from the XIX century, has a clock tower with lanternon well matched with the next dome.
Cervione ("Cervioni") est un gros village corse, dont le nom dérive des cerfs, jadis abontants dans l'ile, puis disparus, et aujourd'hui en cours de réintroduction. La Cathedrale de Saint-Erasme, batie en origine en 1578, reconstruite en 1714, et restaurée à partir du XIX siècle, possède un tour clocher avec lanternon bien jumelé avec le coupole qui lui est proche.
Cervione ("Cervioni") è un grosso villaggio corso, il cui nome deriva dai cervi, un tempo abbondanti nell'isola, poi estinti, ed oggi in corso di reintroduzione. La Cattedrale di Sant'Erasmo, costruita in origine nel 1578, ricostruita nel 1714, e restaurata a partire dal XIX secolo, possiede un campanile con lanterna ben abbinato alla vicina cupola.

Hello Cortis,
I like your clean and clear photo. The deep blue sky versus the simple clock tower makes your photo attractive. The lines of the building and its details are clear and sharp.The pestel colour of the building make it looks quiet and serene.

interesting framing, good colours, the only thing disturbing is the antenna, but you can't avoid it...

Il y a un truc sympa sur cette photo : le parrallèle entre l' horloge du clocher et la parabole à la fenêtre . Je ne sais pas si c' est fait exprès mais c' est ça qui me plaît !

Bonjour,
belle photo de ces toits, de cette coupole et de ce clocher qui ressortent bien devant ce ciel bleu.
Jolies couleurs et bonne netteté de ces batiments dont les détails de l' architectures sont bien visibles.

Superbe image très joliment cadrée et aux couleurs chaudes malgré l'heure du midi.
