- Calenzana - On the central square, the Saint Blaise church, monument baroque classified of 17th, shelters this beautiful statue of polychrome wooden I show another point of view in Workshop. This shot was taken voluntarily without flash at 400 ISO and at low speed 0,3 seconds, without tripod with only the Canon IS stabilizer! It's visible a little blured but not too much, no?

Hello Giorgio,

The image does look blurred in some small spots but is not serious in anyway. The whole image look very good and the colours as well. I like this portrait because is not a real person in it. Instead a statue posing in a natural manner. Good perspective and idea for this shot. Thanks Giorgio.

Très belle image de cette statue. Ici le mot polychrome est vraiment adéquat tellement tu as bien su saisir les couleurs (le vert est superbe). Il ne va de même pour le regard du personnage. Très bon dimanche à toi,

Blur? I can not see any blur. The only thing I can clearly see is a very good shot with superb colours. That’s all.

Le cadrage est vraiment excellent pour accentuer la posture de cette magnifique statue de bois.
Devant la netteté malgré les conditions pas faciles, tu peux avoir confiance en ton appareil, c'est impressionnant. A peine un léger flou sur la main qui ne nuit pas du tout à l'ensemble. La texture est très palpable et le rendu des couleurs superbe.
Très jolie composition, j'aime beaucoup.

1/3 secondes, ça va, tu as encore la main froide ;o))
De très belles couleurs et de bons détails sur cette statue, dont on voit que le temps lui a fait subir quelques outrages.

Hello Giorgio,
This is a fine old sculpture, that is very well reproduced!
Good colours and sharp fine details, and the subject is well framed...
His right hand is a tad blurry but most likely because of the DOF!

l'espression est superbe de ce Saint, et j'aime beaucoup l'expression de profil de ton ws qui est plus marquée (mon avis)
