Photographer’s Note
Another bridge Genoa. This one is called the Bridge Fontanella (small fountain). It is located at the foot of the dam Calacuccia. It resists despite its apparent fragility. In WS, I present to you the bridge and the dam. This bridge was 4 arches, it lacks one on the left of the picture, collapsed for lack of maintenance.
Rib, it must be sound because when the dam spillways opens in case of too-full, the power of water must be phenomenal, not its height.
I invite you to visit a personal blog of a fan of old stones that information when I am hiking shares:
Randophotocorse
I would gladly offer my shots because it is our heritage, however, station to the net cheats we take our pictures without permission.

Hello Marie,
your picture is good - like composition and quality, but I think it would be better in other light conditions. May be the weather has been cloudy or the picture is made in the late afternoon, but the light seems grey. Anyway, 2 points because of your very useful Photographer's Note!

It is a pity this kind of old stone bridges to be abandoned! You found an interesting point to capture this masterpiece! I like both images, Marie!
Thank you for sharing.
Best wishes,
Athanasios.

Another great bridge photo Marie - there seem to be many in various stages of disrepair in Corse. Good colour and composition.

Bonjour Marie

A+
