Au large de Bonifacion, j'étais dans un bateau pour visiter et je me suis assise à un moment avec cette rambarde de bateau face à moi et la mer "au milieu". J'ai trouvé que c'était un cadrage sympa.

Ok, so let;s try to improve !
The idea of using the boat as a frame is good, but here there is no subject inside the frame !
Just a (tilted) view of the sea, and the fence covers the rock on the right.
The first thing that one notices here is not the sea, (as you meant from your title) but the white fence !

Salut,
En effet, l'idée de prendre le bateau comme cadre est bonne mais il faudrait travailler sur l'arrière plan; mettre en valeur quelque chose de précis.
Le blanc du bateau contraste bien avec la mer.
