Photographer's Note

A small turn in the NIOLO to make you discover this old bridge genoese called "Ponte Altu" which spans river GOLO. It is located at 834 m of altitude on the nice little country village called ALBERTACCE, at the exit of the village and is visible since the trunk road leading to the Collar of VERGIO.
The place is very attended in summer. The vast water holes are true swimming pools where the villagers, holiday makers and tourists of passage go in summer, by obvious pleasure, to take a bath in relatively fresh water.
Note bene for the fishermen: all the rivers of CORSICA are classified in first category.

Hoping that you will like it.
