The bungalos on the water is the postal card of French Polinesia and waht I've alwyas imagined about this place... Unfortunately I could just admire them from far... The ones on the picture are teh Intercontinental Pepeete, on the background the mountains of Moorea.

Yes this certainly looks like paradise.......a wonderful view of the schooner resting quietly on the calm sea, with the attractive hotel on the right. Well captured.

Hello Flavia,
Thanks for your critque of my rodeo cowgirl shot. That was a very astute observation that you made about my photo looking like an ad shot. That was my intent. You have an atypical composition with this photo but you still manage to hold all of the different elements together. The diagonal shoreline in the foreground balances out the ship on the upper left and the huts on the right balance out the ship. Everything works out beautifully here and this is a gorgeous photograph! My wife just saw your image and wants us quit our jobs and move here (it is cold in Denver this time of year). Well done!

Hello Flavia! I wish you were able to take photos of the bungalows from a nearer distance during sunset or sunrise...that would have shown the real beauty of this place. Anyway, from your photo, we can already sense the quietness of the place. TFS. rgds.
