Saint Riquier Abbey, district of Somme.
The Abbey of St. Riquier form a beautiful architectural area.
In addition to the abbey church (pictures to come), the site includes the abbey, the abbey house, various buildings of the nineteenth century (including the one seen in this photo), and a park.
Only the abbey church has retained its religious function. Property of the General Council of the Somme in 1972, the abbey has become an important cultural center. Temporary exhibitions are regularly arranged and the church hosts the annual Festival of Saint Riquier (classical music concerts).
The building in the picture is one of three buildings added in the nineteenth century. He welcomed the classrooms of a small seminar.
