Photographer’s Note
This is a detail of the front of the cathedral of Amiens. It features a big rose and a "the gallery of the kings" (the identity of the kings has been lost in history). At an elevation of 30 meters, they are almsot four meters high.
The statue on the foreground replaces the original statue which was Saint Michel.
I kept this picture in color because there are some golden tones on the left and some blue ones in the shadow area (right).

You've captured a nice amount of detail here. It's a very attractive architectural scene. Your position is well chosen, also, for it allows us to feel like the kings are truly looking down at us and dicussing what they think about us. The rose window above them explodes like a beautiful crown to the kings from this angle. I can also hear the herald sounding his horn from the angle and feel of the photo. And I like the very slight golden tones also. Adds a touch of atmosphere to the stone building. Nicely done.

Good symmetry and composition. I like the upward point of view right into that horn!
