Photographer’s Note

The Cape Blanc-Nez is a cape located along the Strait of Dover. Top of it cliffs ( height 134 m), one sees the English coasts.
The Strait of Dover is the strait which remy the English Channel and the North Sea. It separates the Great Britain from the continent.

Bonsoir Roger,

Les ballots de foin ont un effet d'échelle de grandeur. La prise de vue envoie notre regard au travers du champs ver le sommet du Cap Blanc-Nez ce qui donne de la profondeur à la composition. Le ciel nuageux filtre la lumière qui rehausse les différentes teintes de couleurs du paysage. Bonne soirée.

Bonjour, Roger. Le ciel menaçant permet au cap et aux champs moissonnés de bien ressortir. L'avant-plan contraste aussi avec les couleurs des moissons et donne une bonne profondeur à l'image. Je parie que tu n'as pas eu de coup de soleil ce jour-là ;o).

Bonjour Roger,
voici une photo qui met vraiment bien le cap en valeur. Un POV bas et un cadrage parfait incluent un avant plan qui aide à la construction de la profondeur, un ciel gris que tu as su tellement bien exploiter pour en faire un point fort mais aussi ces couleurs si particulières, la photo prise à un bon moement de la journée.

The grey stormy clouds set off the gold and green tones of the landscape to perfection. I like the low point of view and the framing from the foreground grass. The image has great depth and a lovely palette of harmonious colours. Very well done.

Bonjour Roger ,
Parfois , le temps gris et instable permet de faire de jolies photos . C'est le cas ici , où ce magnifique paysage côtier prend des teintes très douces . LA mer grise , et le ciel nuageux complètent bien la scène .
le point de vue est particulièrement bien choisi .

malgrado il cielo nuvoloso sei riuscito a comporre un paesaggio interessante e agreeable. I colori caldi dell'erba e del fieno contrastano col cielo scuro e il mare creando un'atmosfera autunnale. (Sbaglio o questo capo l'hai già fotografato da un'altro pov?)

C'est une photo vraiment agréable et pleine de beauté!
La luminière et les couleurs douces sont magnifiques!
Le point de vue a été bien choisi et la composition, pourtant simple, a des résultats visuels assez attirants! J'adore le contraste entre les couleurs des champs et de la mer et du ciel gris! Le paysage est beau aussi!

Hello Roger,

An interesting coastal scenery!
The landscape is marked by the location near the windy sea, as the vegetation is scarce and low rising...
The dry grass in front give depth to the composition, and the slowly rolling fields add good lines!
