Photographer's Note
Yet another shop from here, which looks as though it's still being used for the purpose for which it was orignally intended. The name is carved into the facade, which is certainly very old, if not original.
As with yesterday's shot, it was tricky decided on the crop, I wanted to leave the sign and row of flowers, without showing the building to the right. I thought this the best compromise.

I really love your old shops facades recording Richard...It's a very good way to preserve the past at least as photos and memories if nothing more! The framing is very good IMO and the details excellent!

great framing richard! it seems you got a contract with the citycouncil of St Omer to praise their commerce...LOL this is a nice one;-) i like this one better than the café posted yesterday...

Hi Richard, I do like your French shop series, you bring them with distintion.
This one is lovely because of the art deco letters above the windows, and the colourful plants in front of it.
You cropped very well, I think.

Too bad - I keep forgetting to post my store photo - but then again - it cant compete with this fine flowershop. I like the view you gives us of the second floor as well - thanks Richard.
