I agree, excellent composition, nice evening street scene. Superb viewpoint. It is nice to see the well lit station building façade and the people in foreground, but unfortunately it is badly out of focus. From your camera meta data I can see that you have adjusted ISO to 400 and used fully open aperture of 2.8. Can not see the time. For photo like this and if you d not use tripod you must increase ISO above 1000 (today's cameras deliver excellent quality pictures even at ISO 1500 and higher) and must make sure that the exposing time is not shorter than the lens size, i.e in case you have used 50mm lens, the exposing time shall be above 1/50sec. optimally 1/100sec. You should also reduce the aperture to 6-8 to improve DOF.
I hope that you are not upset about my comment, just trying to help.

it is a pity the grainy appearance and the blurred mood. but anyway it is beautiful image with the shapes of the building well framed and these lines of light and good personages.

Good evening Miguel,
This could had been a wonderful night shot, it has all the necessary elements for a succesfull shot: snow covered pavement, light gloittering and action in front of RR station, which looks as a beautiful illuminated facade.
Hand-holding camera, can never make it, in such cases one should use a tripod, and if no tripod available, place the camera on a ledge, on a shelve or even on a garbage can (I did this once).
Nice trym, anyway.
