Photographer's Note
At the heart of Lille's Grand Place (G. de Gaulle), with its center the statue of "The Goddess" which commemorates the city's resistance against the Austrians in the siege of 1792. Place much frequented by visitors and Lille and also every year in December you can take a ride on the Ferris wheel in the center of Lille and enjoy a festive panorama.
