I continue my series on the blue stone oratories in the avesnois with majestic trees centenaries, to see bicentenaries like that in the foreground.
For the small history, they were 4. 1 fell by the lightning, 1 died of disease, finally the last one was cut down for stop the course of the German army in summer 1940...

Hi Francois.
An interesting history. I think it is a great picture, composition is very good with trees making a diagonal an the picture. Colors are wonderfull and the road gives it depth. Congratulations for this nice picture.
