9.33a.m. - This is another familiar and most photographed site, the Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Paris. I thought I’ll do an injustice if I do not make an effort to explore and find its aesthetic possibilities. One that others may overlooked or taken for granted or one that impressed me most - a sight to be remembered and cherished. I took this shot when I visited it the second time.
You must have noticed by now that I did not do much write up on the places that I have posted as I felt that they are already an open book. I would rather like to show how I felt, my reaction to these places and how I like it to be seen.

Hi Aloysius, nice image of the wonderful facade of the Paris Cathedral.
the trees in the foreground are a brilliant idea to give something more to the image,
good colors and light.

Une belle lumière et des couleurs intéressantes. Peut-être était-il possible de couper quelques cm en bas pour éliminer ces plaques et la façade très blanche à gauche ? Merci pour le partage. Gérard

Lovely composition. I like the church all sprinkled of red. Good contrast of colors and sharpness.

A fine capture of the Notre Dame from a very good angle. I like the colours, especially the red of the tree against the white cathedral. Well taken, good work!

Hi Aloysius. I think you were successful in making this shot all your own. The only bummer is the overcast sky. It's great how the tree is relatively free of leaves to give us an unimpeded view of Notre Dame. Well done Aloysius!

Hai Aloysius, I like the sharpness of this photo and the tree branches decoration the Notre-Dame. A minor issue for me is the signboards a bit "kacau" or distracting.

Excelent angle of view and enquadrement with the tree branches and this beautiful cathedral. Good light management, excelent colors and a nice composition.
Very well seen and done.

Love the angle the autumn leaves spreading all over the building. It is some sort like a transparent wall paper.
But this is quite an unique way of capturing the image.
Well done, Aloysius.

The thumbnail doesn't do this justice. Superb framing of the attractive bg architecture with the attractive fg red leafed trees. Bagus sekali!

This is quite a creative way of shooting this much photographed building Aloysius. It's always hard when you go to places like Paris to come away with anything that is original - but you have done well here. The tree branches and leaves also help to hide the scaffolding too. Cheers . . . David

Another great shot from your trip. I like the autumn leaves contrasted with the white exterior of the cathedral. You have effectively captured a sense of height and depth in this shot. One of the things I like about it is that unlike many shots on this famous cathedral, your photo gives it a lighter, cleaner and cheerful look - perhaps less formal and majestic, but more attuned to the common man and woman - crisp, clean and hopeful. I hope that represented your mood when you took the shot. Well done, Aloysius. I like this one.

Yes, the Cathedral Notre-Dame from Paris maybe a most beautiful cathedral for photographers, the trees in the foreground are a brilliant idea to give something more to the image, a pity for the road sign, but I like this picture.

Hi Aloysius, A beautiful shot of the architecture viewing through the leaves. This is a special colorful scene only happens in the autumn. Nice sharpness and depth.

This is a very nice framing for the cathedral, without the esplade and I like it.
Tight to the cathedral is a good way to show, in the past they were included in narrow streets and modern urbanisation put them in esplanades, so they look lower than they are in fact;
I like it
