Photographer's Note

10.09a.m. - After emerging from the Palais Royal Musee Du Louvre metro station and crossing the street we walked through this dim corridor approaching the entrance to the Pyramid at the Louvre – the largest museum in the world. This is also where the famous Mona Liza can be found. This is the MUST SEE place in Paris, so you can imagine the crowd queueing to go in.
I took this shot to show how I felt at the corridor, the excitement of seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and the emerging pyramid. I have read so much about it and realizing that I am going to step into it is a marvelous feeling.

PP- slightly rotation and cropping.
