10.09a.m. - After emerging from the Palais Royal Musee Du Louvre metro station and crossing the street we walked through this dim corridor approaching the entrance to the Pyramid at the Louvre – the largest museum in the world. This is also where the famous Mona Liza can be found. This is the MUST SEE place in Paris, so you can imagine the crowd queueing to go in.
I took this shot to show how I felt at the corridor, the excitement of seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and the emerging pyramid. I have read so much about it and realizing that I am going to step into it is a marvelous feeling.

Fine angle of view and vertical enquadrement to this corridor at the entrance of the Louvre Museu. Excelent colors, light handling and sharpness. Clear picture very well seen and composed.

Hi Aloysius. I can feel the excitement as we get close! I can only imagine how long that line must have been. The deep shadows give good contrast. Nice one Aloysius!

Hai Aloysius, I like the clarity of the pyramid behind. The only minor issue I have is the photo didn't look balance and the extra white line on the right.

Good light and the people given the sense of the dimensions, well done!

This is a very effective shot - your POV is superb. The vertical format works so well in allowing the viewer to see through the archway to the intereting architecture beyond. The silhouetted figures also enhance and warmify. Great capture, Aloysius.
