Photographer's Note

The Père-Lachaise Cemetery is the biggest cemetery inside Paris (44 hectares!) and one of the most famous in the world. Located in the 20th district of the city, numerous celebrities are buried as Edith Piaf, Marcel Proust, Eugène Delacroix or Honoré de Balzac there. This cemetery makes the object of a classification in conformance with Historic Monuments since June 24th, 1993.
