As soon I saw the 3 men, I thought of a western situation, just before the riffle battle in the main city street. I just like the lighted rim and the way they behave with their hands (ready to fire!), and also their narrow shadow due to the midday summer sun.
To look at while listening the famous song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NjdCcKTXn-Q

This is so well observed!
Anyone who has seen the film will easily be able to identify with your connection! Even the light and shadows work well!
Do we have to guess which is the good, the bad and the ugly? Maybe the one carrying the loaded rucksack is the good!
Have a great day,

Nice b&w capture, perfect idea, perfect realisation.
An entry with good graphical effect.
TFS and best regards

I take it you've seen the movie The Good The Bad The Ugly? Who hasn't right?
Oh this could be a photo taken only by you my friend...well, maybe a couple others on TE too :)
certainly in your signature styling.
fun photo, and the shadows certainly make it work well.
enjoy your day

The allusion is clear already from the title and immediately I "heard" the famous melody!
All the best!

This is an amusing picture. You made a quick observation and drew your camera faster than anyone in the West. You cropped it smartly and I also like the funny shadows.

this is a superb composition, the mysterious figures look determined and their short shadows allowed for a wonderful narrow frame with graphical impact. The distances are perfect, the definition of the grey tones and the sharpness are excellent. I like very much the intensity of the contrast and the fact that we'll be wondering forever which is which. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a lovely day,

this is a good one :)
I remember how I didn't like westerns when I was younger, somehow I didn't get the slow motions, the delays in the action, the long silences...
then I started watching them in English, and after many years of films and movies I started to appreciate them.
Sergio Leone took westerns into a whole different level - and I only understand that now :)
thanks for this cinematic citation :)

I missed this one Claude. The composition with strong contrasts and focus on the "gun-gunslinger's" arms and legs really is evocative of the film. The theme tune is now playing in my head!

Your eye and sense of timing were right on target again. The title is very suitable for this shot, I like the B&W, and the horizontal line works well here as it helps to highlight the scene and the shadows.
Have a good week,
