The sight is the popular Alexandre III bridge in Paris. The bridge was dedicated to the Tsar for his signing the Franco-Russian Alliance in 1892.
The foundation stone was laid by his son Tsar Nicolas II.
The bridge leads to the Grand and Petit Palaces to the north and to the Esplanade des Invalides to the south. The architectural style of the bridge was designed to match that of the Grand Palais.
The golden lizzards are found below the bridge on both ends. It can only be seen on the lower walkway by the river Seine.

Nice capture of the golden lizard in a place less traveled. Great perspective detail and color.
Well done Razmig,

Hi Raz,excellent idea this way to show us the Alexandre bridge,i like new perspective, far from the usual classic view, need to be brave and sometimes the people don't like it,but i'm of opposite opinion, for me your pic is really beautiful,i like it!! Have a nice weekend and thanks,Luciano
