A different bridge then the arts bridge
Leopold-Sedar-Senghor bridge, formerly Solferino bridge is a pedestrian bridge located in Paris 7th district and across the Seine.
It was built between 1997 and 1999, renamed in 2006 the name of the poet and African president.
I photographed the lower access.

Hello Didi,
A different and unusual sort of image from you. It has strong graphical lines and is well exposed. The figure, which is a key element in the composition, is well placed and adds a nice splash of colour.

nice the snapshot with the man to be on the top of the stairs of the art bridge and at the same time to outlined against the sky.I like the texture created from the metallic bridge as the excellent light and colour management of the scene.

Très original ce cadrage par ce choix du point de vue.Le personnage est bien vu dans la composition,il dirige bien notre œil vers cette lucarne de lumière.Le contraste est fort mais l'exposition est bien gérée.

Bonsir Didi,

La longueur des escaliers donne de la profondeur à la composition. La présence de la personne a un effet d'échelle de grandeur. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails et les couleurs de l,architecture du pont. Bonne soirée.

Vision originale des dessous du pont des Arts. La version large est mieux équilibrée au niveau luminosité, est-ce TE qui accentue les contrastes?

the interaction of all the curvy, diagonal and horizontal lines as well as the dynamism of the perspectives is fascinating. You've chosen an excellent upward point of view to offer us a little known but very interesting aspect of the bridge. The man moving towards the opening and having only the luminous sky as backdrop, offers a delightful plastic movement that also expresses his individuality. Bravo pour cette vue en perspective que l'on peut interpréter de plusieurs façons sur le plan de la symbolique.
Formidable graphisme egalement avec les marches et les structures du pont.
Bien sûr le "sportif" en bleu vient heureusement introduire de l'humain dans le decor dont il donne aussi l'échelle.
Beau travail de maîtrise de la lumière.

J'aime beaucoup la perspective avec laquelle vous avez pris le pont avec un seul homme (Il devrai etre tot dans le matin et il va faire du jogging, je suppose) qui va le traverser, tu as su bien capter la partie la plus creative de la paserelle

la perspective de ce bas point de vue est magnifique, et nous offre une bonne profondeur d'image, avec l'homme et son tee-shirt bleu qui se détachent sur le ciel bleu, dans un contrôle excellent du contre-jour. Cette référence humaine aide à valoriser la puissance graphique de la belle architecture du pont.

Hello Didi! Excellent townscape photo. The framing is excellently chosen, the colors are also very well controlled, bright and darker at the same time.
The deep depth of field is integral in joining the bridges with the foreground allowing to see all the nice details. Very well composed by placing the small steps in the lower corner and showing the front pedestrian crossing. I like it!

I like very much the perspective of this photo, The stairs, the railing, that lead us in toward the opening up to the sky, and we follow the direction of the runner up and beyond, I also love the blue of his shirt complementing the softer blue of the sky.

is excellent. Also great are the point of
view (makes the picture exciting) and compostion
and this picture will tell the viewer a story
(it keeps the viewer in it's grip).

As they say in Turkey when something is perfect "Four-for-Four." So it is in this first rate composition. You timed it perfectly to get the stroller at the top of the curved bridge, isolating him completely against the sky.

Bonjour Didi,
Belle composition avec la structure graphique du pont encadrant à merveille l'ouverture dans laquelle se trouve le promeneur.
Excellent contraste entre le bleu du ciel ainsi que du T-Shirt et le gris du pont situé dans l'ombre.
La version N&B n'a pas le même impact au niveau des couleurs, mais elle rend très bien l'idée de l'homme qui sort de l'ombre pour aller vers l'infini.
