She was there already when I happened to pass by one of the lecture halls at University. Through slightly opened doorway to the hall, came through one of my preferred Chopin’s nocturnes. I entered inaudibly and sat down in one of the most obscure corners of the hall. And I listened; she has never realized my presence. She continued playing; it was one of the most serene moments of that day. This is one of the most beautiful lecture halls. I was alone; she was alone though we were sharing the same space. In the beauty of the hall echoed sound of Chopin. I listened, but for just a brief moment. I allowed myself to take only one photo, and I left the hall leaving the sound of the nocturne behind me.

Kon ban wa, Nobu,
Wonderful capture of the two artworks. Very creative idea to post this multimedian work. I'd like also to add the fans to the chairs. Original work! Well done, Nobu!
How are you after storm or typhoon?

The indoor photo takn with grand sharpness under these light condition, and you managed well in colors.
One comment though, as I see the large painting on rare wall had been mistakenly cropped on it's left corner, try to take this as enlighting critique.

A very fine shot, well exposed inside the auditorium. I like your composition, with the pianist so close to the corner, allowing the painting and the woodwork to reveal a certain expansive splendour around her. She looks very small in this context. Very nicely done, and a good note.

Beautiful capture, Nobu. I like the composition also, it's as though the space defined by the curves is receiving the music. To me it is not a problem to have cropped the corner of the painting - the curves of upper right dome and lower left balustrades are nicely balanced and including more of the painting would have spoiled that. Un lieu décoré avec beaucoup de goût et tout ce bois qui doit faire teinté joliment les notes sortant du piano.
Bonne gestion des lumières et des couleurs

nice the panoramic view of the lone Soloist as she plays in the empty stage, playing your beloved Chopin notes.I like the solidarity of the image with the huge painting to dominates the scene.

Salut cher Nobu
A very minimalistic photo with a good subject (the soloist) and also a very beautiful painting above. I also like the curved rows of seats in the foreground which provide an added element of interest.
Have a beautiful Friday evening

Hello dear Nobu,
You are lucky to listen to this great composer's music rendered by this fine lady on piano. It must be quite an experience to have all the space for yourself except the auditorium where she is playing and listen without any noise. The hall looks so beautiful with the big painting on the wall. It doesn't look like a lecture hall but more like a concert hall. Beautiful atmosphere, lighting, colors and sharpness.
With warm regards,
