Castle of the 18th century
Fay-les-Nemours is a small village of 430 inhabitants situated in the department of Seine-et-Marne (France).
It is established in a small collected valley surrounded with a wide plateau of agricultural lands.
This municipality, one of the smallest of Ile-de-France, possesses historic and archaeological vestiges under the shape of polissoirs dating the paleolithic and the rests of a castle of the 17/18th and the church of the 12th century (photo to appear).

Ah encore un chateau pour aujourd'hui, un angle interessant et ensoleille qui montre autant sinon plus la belle grille que le chateau, les deuc bacs a fleurs constituent un bon encadrement. Ca a l'air bien ferme... chateau prive et non visitable ?

Un bel apperçu du château en semi contre-jour.
La comùposition est parfaite.
Cependant je ne sais si mon écran est bien étalonné; difficile avec un LCD; j'ai effectué un WS en équilibrant les couleurs; il y avait un léger bleu sur les pavés.
Si mon écran est mal étalonné tu verras une dominante jaune; je serai intéressé de connaitre le résultat.

C'est ta propriété? En tout cas c'est bien entretenu... "propre en ordre" comme on dit chez nous! Une belle compo avec cette magnifique grille en fer forgé et ces deux bacs à fleurs judicieusement disposés pour ajouter une note colorée.

Excellent shot presenting this fine castle (ok, the entrance only!). I like the colors, so nice and vivid. I think you had the sun opposite of you so the sky it's not so blue. Anyway, the lighting is very well handled. Very fine photo.

Belle présentation Philippe, un angle de vue un peu inhabituel, mais l'on peut comprendre avec cette barrière qui empêche le passage :-)

Je ne sais pas trop pourquoi, mais j'aime bien la perspective... Je trouve qu'on se sentr presque sur l'allée.

Bien entretenu pour ce que j'en vois.
La photo vaut par le cadrage sur le magnifique portail, ou détail sublime il y a encore les gabarits d'époque qui empêchaient les calèches de rater le porche ( elle y laissaient leurs roues comme un 38 tonnes son toit en entrant dans un tunnel :-))

Une bonne prise de vue de ce château du 18ième siècle et de son jardin, on distingue beaucoup de détails de l'architecture. La photo a une bonne composition, perspective et de belles couleurs. Boone journée.
