Photographer’s Note

The halls of Égreville, built in the end of the 16th century by the duchess of Étampes, preserve the memory of the importance of the markets of the region. This classified building Ancient memorial rests on twenty four wooden pillars of sweet chestnut tree strengthened by assizes in stones in 1639.
