Photographer’s Note
Tibouchina is a small shrub of the family of mélastomacées giving very decorative flowers. Originating in Brazil, there are some more than 200 species. I cultivated one of them in my veranda, I had the chance to see it flowering at the time of Christmas.

Jolie fleur, belle composition. Les couleurs sont magnifiques dans leur ensemble, la définition est bonne. Bien fait.

Were have I seen a flower just like this? :)
The composition is very rich with all the other elements that accompany the flower.

Beautiful !
There are so many flowers in our tropical forests that it's difficult to remember if I have already seen one of this...
Yr shot is perfect. The wrinkles, the details, all clearly visible... the colors are great.
Good to know that that a brazilian specie flourishes in France in such a marvelous way.
Amicalement,
Celso
