Photographer’s Note

The herbs were surrounding the pylon. They were languishingly rippling. Sometimes, when the wind was there, they were dancing and whispering. They even asked the sun to help them and some sunbeams even tried to enhance their heady moves.

But the pylon staid straight...

une fois de plus ta note va superbement avec la photo que tu nous présentes ;o) Tu sais que j'attache beaucoup d'importance à cela : souvent cela fait un tout qui aide à apprécier la photo. Ta photo est magnifiquement cadrée : le pylone à gauche et le format version panoramique. J'aime beuacoup les couleurs très lumineuse sur la droite de la photo. Compo très bien équilibrée

Simple picture, but very nice as well! The colours and shapes of the fields are very nice. The pylon and the cables are a great addition and got a good placement in the composition. Good work!

Another creative composition... The contrast between the warm and cold colors also between the nature and technology are perfect... It's a wonderful idea and successful result... The POV and shot are great, as usual...

Hello Stéphane, une étrange atmosphère plane sur cette image pour ce pylône qui même s’il ne bronche pas et au vu de ce que l’on peut en juger au travers de ce cadrage cela trouble un peu la vision l’on dirai qu’il vibre ou qu’il réagit un peu comme le ferai un arrière plan à la suite d’un filé effectué sur un objet tel ces herbes baignant dans une étrange lumière pendant que le reste assiste à la scène digne de figuré dans le genre de série américaine avant s’était la 4eme mais maintenant c’est la 13eme dimension mais ainsi exposée cette photo est spéciale hors du communs et bien originale c’est déjà ça, bien amicalement

Hi Stephane, I guess you took this picture on a moving vehicle because I see some hint of horizontal movement to this picture. Nice simple and abstract view of the curves and straight line for this picture. Nice contrast and well composed pictrure.

Savoir donner de la beauté et de la poésie à du "mobilier urbain" est une véritable prouesse.
Bravo pour cette prise de vue qui donne en effet le sentiment de voir les hautes herbes courbées au gré du vent.

Perhaps you intended the pylon and wires to be out of focus to give the feeling of movement in the wind but I would have prefered them to be sharp. However I like the composition very much and the flash of sunlight on the right is most appealing.

Good composition and lighing and a nice capture of the colour on the landscape. The blue sky is nice and mellow/pastel in colour which brings out the pylon well. Good work.

Hello Stephane, this is a well composed picture with the pylon to the left, the cables swooping through the frame and the wonderful patch of light on the right. You make this ugly object almost look attractive.

Ok pour la note et c'est vrai pour le soleil ca manque legerement de lumiere au sol mais par contre faire une compo avec un pylone c'est tres fort et la particulierement reussi avec ce decalage intéressant .Bien vu .

Yes, sometimes we love getting only rejection, sometimes we are loved by others offering only rejection... This is the way life it is. In any case, there´s something a bit of light to go throught, even in this photo... Do you see it in the down right corner?
