i like the misty BG but if you want, there is a no sky version
textures are in a strange quality, somehow like pointillism... hope you like it

this is another POV in the surroundings of Montgenost (on TE see photos here & TL see photos here)
it's not the first time I show this fields intersection

Hello Jo,
The misty background makes a very good foil for the vibrant foreground tones. I like the chequerboard effect, which makes for an almost abstract image. Very well seen and executed.

Different levels of mature fields.
All are natural colours-green and earth colours..Some ripen and some going to...

Yes, Jonathan, I believe the no-sky version is stronger, for it emphasizes the lovely graphical impact of this view; maybe I'd try a white border there... well seen, congratulations... Daniel

I like this and the other posts with this field system. I have tried to photograph natural lines in the fields around home, but was not pleased with the results. These work really well. Maybe because the different crops give such good contrast of colours.

Te revoici avec ton thème de prédilection ;o)
Un beau cadrage, comme d'hab', pour faire ressortir ces carrés de terre. Un vrai patchwork. Les sillons conduisent le regard, offrant une belle profondeur de champ. Perso, j'ai un faible pour la version sans brume, mais ce n'est que question de goût.
Bravo pour la qualité d'image, et le rendu : on croirait des tapis..

Ces tapis ont l’air tellement moelleux que cela donne très envie de s’y rouler !
Un très bel effet relief obtenu ici avec ton cadrage,
J’aime bien aussi cette texture,

your lovely theme with the shot to be captured especially the two colors, with very nice graphistic way and at the some time a minimalistic one.The verticals and horizontals lines make your capture 'particular'. Et dire que certains pensent que les paysages d'openfield sont ennuyeux! Tes photos et notamment celle-ci montre que ce n'est pas vrai. Encore une fois un bel équilibre de tracés et de couleurs.
