The small cascade Photo

Photographer’s Note

While walking on the plateau de Langres, with the turning of a path, near a farm, this small brook ran, leaping of cascade in cascade. The owner of the places indicated to me that this river was not permanent and thus dry during summer but that, what a surprise ! , the water was drinkable. I hastened of the gouter and it was deliciously fresh. I would have drink till i was drunk!

Hello Laurent!Good shot of this little cascades.The water runningg down,framed by the nice yellow/green vegetation looks good.Good exposure time, but I like moast the natural colors.Well seen and done.

Hello Laurent, c'est bien joli je trouve ce petit oasis de nature à priori intact. Simple et beau et bien restitué.On entend presque l'eau !

Bonjour Laurent -

I like this simple cascade and the colors. The composition IMO is a bit busy - I am not sure the stone wall on the right adds anything to the image. Also, a lower POV would have added a bit more impact. Don't get me wrong I like the image - it is peaceful and serene.

Salut Laurent,
Le cadrage assez serré est du plu bel effet pour cette belle composition. La touche de jaune contraste bien avec les tons plutôt foncés du reste de l'image.
Par ailleur tu as obtenu un beau figé sur la petite cascade.
Bien joué, encore une fois dirais-je !

This small cascade of water is so peaceful looking. Always a nice surprise when out hiking to find some fresh water. This area looks so simular to the area were I live, so green, well done on light and colors. The composition with the stream coming down the middle of the photo is nice as well.
