Here is a typical french countryside view, with the bad and cold weather we are having since a month, but colors are still good, thanks to some sun in between the clouds..good sharpness and framing too..

I recognise the church from your previous photo; we're getting closer.I wonder if we will see a close up soon. Pleasant rural scene with all the paraphenalia of country living in the foreground. The sky looks pretty typical of UK weather this August too.

A nice and vivid rural scene, the greens are quite strong and the light contrast against the dark sky workd, I like how the Papagolfade rises from those greens, definitely a fitting sunday post !

Lovely composition of a country side,the green is mindblowing.
The small houses ,the timber, the cultivation and the village church are perfectly positioned to have a good view of the place. The PoV is brillant.

je had een fijne trip hier in noorden van Frankrijk endit zicht brengt prachtig het groen uit waartussen het huis en de kerk verscholen liggen met een mooi licht ondanks het donker dreigende weer.
Een mooi stukje natuur met menselijke karakteristieken zoals de groentenhof en de stapel hout.

Hello Gerrit,

Eenvoudig mooi ziet er daar wel uit, met een kleine berghelling in de achtergrond, en de kerktoren mooi verscholen tussen het groen van het dorp, mooie weergave, daar kunnen wij hier even over mee spreken, u heef vermoedelijk ook de TV beelden gezien uit Maldegem!

Hi Gerrit,
The unsettled weather assisted you here, as there is very fine light and a rather stormy sky to enhance. I like this natural view of the garden and the distant church. There is good DOF, with the hill and grassy slope rising in the distance. A pleasing rural scene, Gerrit. Well captured.

Hallo Gerrit,
Voor de meest mooie platen hoeft de zon niet altijd te stralen. Dat gegeven bewijs je hier maar weer eens. Doordat het licht dan andere dimensies krijgt heb je automatisch een diepere verzadiging aan kleuren, en dat is iets wat mij heel erg aanspreekt. Een foto moet knallen, kleuren moet echt mijn scherm afdruipen.....en alhoewel dat een persoonlijke noot is vind, vind ik wel dat het zo hoort.
Net als bij deze dus....diepe rijke kleuren...mooi..!!!

looks like you had a lovely vacation!! What a lovely garden you garden you captured. Lovely light and color, with the church in the background. That's one of the things that struck me about Europe, there were little gardens everywhere. Conversely I was surprised that in Hawaii, where the growing weather is spectacular, nobody had a garden. I like your new picture of yourself, completely changed my image of you!!
