I agree with Adrian's view about the haze, though I belive he overdid the workshop a little. This is a tricky one because you don't have many other compositional options here apart from adjusting the zoom. A really sharp foreground and long DOF would help, and probably the use of a haze-reducing filter such as a UV.

Framing is interesting, but for me it misses something, but not large thing.( Le cadrage est intéressant mais pour moi il manque quelque chose , mais pas grand chose .)
