Photographer's Note

American Cemetery in Normandy. There lie the bodies of 9387 soldiers killed during the D-Day landings and subsequent days. Most of the graves are dated June 6th 1944. Not only the cemetery size and geometry are impressive, but also the good maintenance level. The grave in the foreground is for one of the three soldiers awarded with the Medal of Honor. Not only there are latin crosses, but also David stars.
Regards,
Javier
