Perpetual movement (III) Photo

Photographer’s Note

A little latter, when the sun is beginning to go down and the colors to get different, another serie of waves taken again from the Belem somewhere in the English Channel. This one is closer than the others and had to be cropped on the side due to a scan problem. Two others in workshop.

If I have time, I will make a last post tomorrow morning before leaving for nearly two weeks of hollidays in Ireland. Destination is Cork, more precisely what you will find here at www.asgard2.ie to embark on April 28. Arrival in Limerick due on May 5, back to Paris on May 7...

Good subject and framed well, the sharpness could be better and the dark area of the lightened slightly, just my opnion...Ticino

la vague dans la photo V est plus photogénique, joli ciel et formations nuageuses, je dois avouer que c'est un peu moins réussi que la photo d'hier, peut être parce que c'est plus sombre,

Comme j'aimais bien l'ambiance de la précédente, je suis toujours là... Beau contraste entre ce bleu marin et ce ciel rose...
Par contre, je me demande si c'est totalement net ?

Bonjour Emmanuel, j’apprécie cette série face à la mer, l’on voie même la courbure de la terre, je trouve la découpe des nuages qui dans ce cas m’inspire des forme connue, comme par exemple une licorne qui je trouve est fort bien façonnée et qui se situe approximativement au deux tiers supérieurs droit de l’image, sinon l’effet d’arrêt sur image que forme ces vagues ainsi figées me laisse pensif ainsi face à la mer, bon voyage, bien amicalement

Hi Emmanuel!

Even more spectacular than the previous one, and it was not easy to get over it. I like the same elements than the other one, but in this case, the sky and light appear more spectacular and vivid than the other.
Very well taken this shot, the result is much more attractive!

Second in the series & impressive again, though not as impacting as the one before. The two distinct layers is fantastic for their varied colours & contrast...calm & restless resp. Good shot!

Hej Emmanuel,
I like the choice for the low POV. It gives a great view over the waves of the sea towards the very nice big clouds with pleasant colours. The light conditions were nice as well. Well captured!
