Photographer’s Note
Also known as Abbaye-aux-Hommes ("Men's Abbey") this abbey church dedicated to Saint Etienne in Caen, is considered, to be one of the most notable Romanesque buildings in Normandy. It dates back to the 11th century. I liked the way the conical fir trees in the foreground matched the peaks on the roof.
