Photographer’s Note

The weather is dull, it's cold and it's dark early ... We sulk, we are in a bad mood, we are hungry (isn't it Marion ?!!). The sad season begins...
So what is better consolation than to ccok ?
With all these apples, the idea was quickly found : the traditional norman dessert...

* 100g of almond powder
* 100 grams of thick cream
* 2 eggs

* Some slivered almonds

Garnish pie pan with puff paste.
Peel apples, cut into slices and arrange on the paste.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs then add sugar, almond powder, cream and the liquor "Calvados".
Pour this preparation on apples and sprinkle the surface of almonds.
Put in the oven for about 30 minutes, th.7.

And of course a good Norman add to all this, a spoonful of cream on the apple pie !
