Bayeux Cathedral
Towering over the centre of Bayeux, is the stunning Cathédrale Notre-dame.
Consecrated on 14 July 1077 in the presence of William, Duke of Normandy and King of England the Cathedral underwent numerous extensions and embellishments between the 13th and 15th centuries.

Hello Wolf,
I am always surprised by these mountains of stones. This one, well known, is magnificent. You took a great shot on this great building. I regret the panels in front.
Bravo
Have a good day

Ongelooflijk!

Hi Wolf!
What a presentation of that cathedral!
OK, it is the Gothic architecture that is sharp, but your photo adds extra sharpness to it, almost like a razor blade, which i feel afraid of touching. Amzing the way you captured the whole building in a frame, and nice POV you have.

Wolf,
Fabulous capture of Bayeux Cathedral. The sharpness is pristine and your perspective corrections are perfect. I tried this same shot but from in front of the signpost and it is nowhere near as good as this shot. Well done.
