Great shot Carlos! I like that perspective very much. Reddish lights give this pic unusual atmosphere and b&w is perfect.
Well done!

Excellent picture that really conjures up a feeling of menace, with the building towering over you. Just the hint of colour at the bottom adds to the effect. All round a very good composition that i wish i had taken! Well Done!

I really like the angle here, and you got the focus on the right spot. More DOF would have decreased the suggestive fog, or what is it actually with your sky line? Is that due to post processing work? Somehow it looks unreal, and though I think the choice for B/W was really great, the reddish in the arches does not really work for me, sorry Carlos. Nevertheless, a great catch.

Very nice. Such great detail in this photo. And your control of the color is very nice. The lighting really adds to the greyness of everything else. It's very impressive. Very massive and dominating with the sky especially but still somewhat light and inviting because of the light. Very nicely photographed and worked. Really evokes a sense of power extending high above and in such mass.

A very imposing shot with an angle that makes us feel the kink in our neck as we look up..up...up.Good symmetry in the cropping brings out the strength of the geometric forms.Bien vu Carlos.

Quelle perspective !!!

Carlos, this is absolutely visually stimulating, great perspective gives one a very good impression of height and size, the black and white contrast give it a very mystical gothic look.
The composition, angle, focus and craftsmenship in PP is to be commended.
Very well taken, I like it!
Just a pity you don't have a note about it!

Very cool. Nice balance between the grey and the illuminated lume off the archs. Also, there is not a siginificant distortion of vertical angles that ofton occur with such a shot.
nice job

I don't know what kind of PP you have made here, but it works great, Carlos. The combination of b/w ant the fire colors is great. I like the angle and the symetry, too.

Dear Carlos,
I must have missed this one, today it is on the start page... :)
What a cool perspective, very different from what we usually see. I like it a lot. Too bad that you didn't give a note as I would like to know how you did that lava glowing. BTW have you been to TrekLens.com ? I spend quite some time there lately. Great picture. Yours, Jan

Probably the most dramatic photo I've seen on this site. The greyscale with the colored lighting is excellent. The domineering facade of the cathedral is very imposing.

wow! The sky, that POV, the EVERYTHING! is just amazing in this shot! This is a great photograph. I think if you added something like a black frame around it, it may look very cool too.
