La place Stanislas est une place appartenant à un ensemble urbain classique situé à Nancy, dans la région Lorraine, en France, qui est inscrit au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Voulue par le duc de Lorraine Stanislas Leszczyński, elle a été construite entre 1751 et 1755 sous la direction de l'architecte Emmanuel Héré. Son nom et sa statue centrale ont évolué au gré des bouleversements de l'histoire de France ; elle porte ce nom depuis 1831.

The place Stanislas, known colloquially as the place Stan', is a large pedestrianized square in Nancy, Lorraine, France. Since 1983, the architectural ensemble comprising the Place Stanislas and the extension of its axis, the Place de la Carrière and Place d'Alliance, has been on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Les couleurs sont superbes, surtout le ciel qui donne envie de s'y... baigner! Vraiment j'aime beaucoup et le contraste avec le doré du lampadaire est bon. C'est marrant (et mignon) : ta composition me laisse imaginer que le lampadaire a emprisonné un nuage! Bravo!

This is surprising and refreshing juxtaposition of elements, Patrick. Also, i presents the place very well. You have good sharpness in the foreground lamp and the background building. You were fortunate in having such a brilliant sky; the clour goes so well with that of the stone. regards Kevin

J'aime la composition mais je trouve que les façade sont un peut fade à mon goût.

Bonjour Patrick,
c'est une opposition de teintes que j'aime beaucoup, les bleus sont délicats et naturels, les facades aux pierres un peu réchauffées. Je ne suis pas fan de ce cadrage, mais séduit par l'exposition et la netteté parfaites.
