Je pars la nuit prochaine pour le Bénin.
Pas d'internet pour au moins un mois, ainsi!
Une petite dernière donc, pour la route, dans la tradition des papagolfades... ;o)

Situé à proximité de la place de la Comédie et en bordure de la Moselle, le Temple Neuf fût construit entre 1901 et 1904 pendant l'annexion allemande. Le temple protestant est de style néo-roman rhénan.

A last one, for the road, in the tradition of these papagolfades ... o)

Located near the Place de la Comédie and along the Moselle, the New Temple was built between 1901 and 1904 during the German annexation. The Protestant church is a neo-Romanesque Rhine style building.

Jolie composition, très équilibrée avec un bon placement du cygne (petite dominante magenta peut-être?)

Un endroit popularisé par notre ami PSIG, mais ici avec un cadrage différent et surtout un bon timing pour inclure ce cygne qui donne une très bel impact à ta photo.

How much did you have to pay for this swan to post for you in such a beautiful setting, so classically romantic and beautiful. Have a safe trip. I hope to see some photo of this place, Benin, I have never heard of.

C'est notre ami Fabrice (P-S-I-G) qui va être ravi de cette photo... Un superbe cadrage avec ce cygne, j'aime beaucoup l'équilibre de l'image et en plus le volatile ne passe pas sur le reflet !!! Beau coup d'oeil, bravo Marc et bon courage pour la suite.

Très bon voyage au Bénin dont tu vas nous rapporter à n'en pas douter de très belles images.

It took my breath away, Marc !

Outstanding beauty !

I saw once like that one, printed on a velvet and surrounded by the beautiful little pink angels, and finished with the braided frills and I couldn't catch my breath as well...
It was priced $1.99 in the flea market in Ouahaqchawaha ( Mexico) and it was selling like hot buns...

OK...OK... Maybe not as hot as in here, among the experts on TE, but still...

Bonjour, Marc. Belle composition avec le cygne et l'église légèrement en décalage et comme points focaux de ton image. De bons contrastes. J'aurais peut-être fermé un tout petit peu plus pour obtenir un peu plus de PDC.

Een buitegewone mooie treffer met de zwaan in de voorgrond op het water.Schitterende kerk in de achtergond.

Bonne composition de ce temple (qui n'est finalement plus tout neuf:) ) et de ce cygne en avant plan. Une photo a double sujet comme je les aimes.
La pronfondeur est agréable.
Fait un bon voyage au Benin, et ramène nous de bonne photo de la bas.

Excellent composition..the swan looks gentle enough (i was chased once by a black swan while photographing it). My only question is the photo seemed to cast a reddish or pinkish or is it magenta? color overall. Great camera you've got.

Hello Marc,

An interesting imaginary diagonal created by the bird and the church!
Apparently low light but the details stand out well even if the colours are a bit muted...
A balanced composition with good depth!
