Photographer's Note

Exposition Le Jardin éphémère 2006, on Place Stanislas in Nancy. The theme was water and 3 geometric figure.
I caught water theme and that simple fontaine.

That exibition was just after renovation of Place Stanislas which is UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Stanislas because he was a Polish King (Stanisław Leszczyński) in 18th cenutry, father-in-law of King louis XV and Duke of Lorraine. He loved art and he dreamt to change main place in Nancy. Construction began in March 1752 and ended in November 1755 but his name was added to PLace in 1831 with bronze staute of Stanislas.
