The textures of the stone show how it has been eroded over the years. I increased a bit the contrast in a way to create some kinda cheap 3D effect, but the main point of this picture is the symbol it shows.

Very nice composition. You have really captured the texture of the gravestone.It is impressive how well preserved the fingers are despite the age. Excellent post.

This one manages to convey more than the average gravestone detail. The heavily eroded details bring to mind the last days of pompeii - the lone photographer of the post apocaylpse.
