I decided to critic photos which did not receive any comment, and explain why, according to my point of view: I think here the problem, as in most of these cases, is the lack of a subject. Maybe in your mind it was the boat, but there is also a strong reflection, and then there is the tree, and the chaos fo leaves, water, reflections, everything together. And the boat is black and not very well visible.
